Blue Coat Cloud Security customers are unable to reach the site katy.toastmastersclubs.org from our Dallas Texas Data center.

Bluecoat provides a content filtering service used by business and retail customers. Our customers connecting through our Dallas Data center are unable to reach katy.toastmastersclubs.org. The following URL gives the egress addresses for our Data Centers: bluecoat.force.com/knowledgebase/articles/Solution/KB4583

Could you please check to see if you are blocking port 80 and 8080 traffic from our Dallas Data Center? Attached is a tcpdump packet trace of traffic to you from our Data Center

and give us thier Internet IP address so we can check. The dump you provided gave us their internal network IP.

The egress range of addresses for this site is 199.116.171.0/25. The particular address that I am getting at this time from whatismyip.com is 199.116.171.85.

It looks like some one from that IP range slammed the server on Sept 2 the server automatically blocked the range.

The block has been removed.
