Member not receiving authentication code for first time log in

Our Club President has tried numerous ways to get the authentication code emailed to her to log-in to our club's website with no avail. Ideas? She begins typing in her name and selects it when it appears in the login field and clicks Authenticate - but the email never arrives (not in Spam either.)

On Mondays and Tuesdays, there may be as much as a 30 minute delay in emails at times, due to high volumes.

I am not seeing anything from your club in our mail log.

Can you verify her email address in membership management, please?

It looks like her email address was entered incorrectly in the membership management section. Hopefully that will do the trick!
