File Manager - can no longer upload documents

File Manager - can no longer upload documents

I am administrator for Henry County Toastmasters club #2367 /
2367.toastmastersclubs.org
and no longer have the ability to upload PDF or DOC documents via file manager. The screen does not have a button or option to select or load documents. I am attaching a print screen of the file manager tab. The only tab at the top of the screen says "UPLOADED" and does not allow any action. I seem to remember a "select" button before that let you select a file from your computer and then upload to the website.
