Dear Admins,

Our VPPR cannot log in. When he enters his name on his computer, the autocomplete doesn't come up with any suggestions. I can select his name from the autocomplete on my computer. Could you please let me know if there is a problem.

Mondays and Tuesdays are high volume days, unfortunately, that slow everything down.

The work around is just to type in the email address that they have in the system instead of waiting for the autocomplete, and just log in with that. The system is designed to take the email address as a backup approach for logins.

Vogt is Norbert enter his name with any accents? His name is not in the member list with any accents.
