Member not receiving authentication code for first time log

I"m administrator for our club and added a person to our club site under Membership Management and the person claims to not be receiving the authentication code. I have added other folks without a problem.

Our custom website is www.toastmasterswalshtroy.com .

The person I'm adding is Sarah

I understand it' not going to spam folder

I have sent her authorization to her and can see her email server accepting
