Java Script Error

Membership Management

Attempting to add a new member, added information, enter. Recieved the success message and the java script error flag at the same time. Member was not added. Tried using the "Quick" and the "Old" links to add the member. Same java script error both times.
See attached screen shot.

Thank you for your assistance

Looks like you are using Chrome, correct?

Could you PM me exactly what you were entering so that I can try to replicate the error? Need to do that so I can figure out what is going on.

I have a meeting to go to, so I will catch up on this later.

I used the new Prospect Member tab to add the member. That worked then I move him to membership.

I tried several times including logging out and closing chrome.

Thank you for the awesome expansion of the websites capabilities.

What is happening is that the system is seeing a different login key coming from your website cookie vs what is in the database, so it is logging you out. That is the source of the issue--I can see that in my test log. The likely reason that you are seeing the data transfer error is that the logout message from the server may be incompatible with the expected data transfer. I will have to look at that.

So... the real question is what is going on with the logouts. Need to check for a cookie issue and I will check for a code issue.

Thanks I will try clearing the cookies out.
Thanks for your work on the issue.

Steve,
Cleared the cookies that seems to have done the trick. I appreciate your help. I noticed I was logged in as the second user with the first user active in chrome. I think that could have been part of the problem. I do not know how it happened that I became a second user with the first user logged in. Clearing the cookies and closing the first user login to chrome fixed the problem.

Thanks for your great work at FTH. The 2.20 updates are great.
