Help need to Update FHT2, Administrator

I have 2 requests, I would appreciate any help you can give me so I can update our web page.

1) I no longer have access to the address BLacy@nam.org, my new address is WmLacy@GMail.com. My member number 01426884, I am president of the Club #4250 and need to update our information on our web page. An additional problem I have is that I do not remember my old password and because my old address was listed I could not send a change request.

2) My FTH2 username is Bill_Lacy, I was required to change it and was wondering if I could keep BillLacy

For your first request: You can request a change of Site Administrator by clicking on the link in the website admin login screen. You will have to enter your new email address in the form. Please note that the authentication email will go to you as the previous site admin (presumably to your old email address) and also to whoever is listed at TI as your club contact. If that is you and your email address there is correct, you can approve the request. If it isn’t you, the contact person will have to approve the request. If the contact person’s email address is incorrect it will have to be updated at Club Central on the TI site. It could take a while to be processed, so you will have to wait for that to be completed before submitting the change request. You will see the email addresses the change request will go to for verification before you submit the request.

For your second request: I’m not sure, maybe someone else can help. Have you forgotten that password too? I doubt that anything can be done if that is linked to your old email address. Maybe your BillLacy profile can be deleted after which you can recreate it, but you would lose any linked posts.

Bill, we can revert you to your old profile with new email address or put your old username on the new profile.
Either way, one of the profiles will get deleted.

OK I am able to get to support.toastmastersclub.org as billlacy and was able to reset my password. But when I do the request to change Administrator it still sends the notice to my old email address of blacy@nam..org and not the new address of WmLacy@GMail.com. I have update my profile in the Club Central to the new address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
