New (minor) agenda issues

I see that some new 'behind-the-scenes' stuff has happened with the agenda and it appears to have introduced some minor issues. These two issues are probably related...

I. I have a role on the agenda. However, I DELIBERATELY DID NOT check the box "This is a role for which members can sign up".

Nonetheless a drop-down list of all the members appears next to the role, allowing members to sign up anyway.

2. I tested this error by creating a new test role and not checking the box "This is a role for which members can sign up". Nonetheless the new role created has a drop down list allowing people to sign up for it.

3. Another role on the agenda was designated as a non-sign up role which is how I want it. However, in checking the settings for it, the box "This is a role for which members can sign up" IS CHECKED.

So clearly that check box has to be sorted out.

Separately, I now notice that every time I go to a new page, or re-fresh a current page I get a pop-up box telling me that 'The page at swanlaketrumpeters.toastmastersclub.org has TOUCH." Annoying as the page won't load until I close that box.
