Two Issues with Club Website

1. Since the upgrade in November, I have not been able to add new meeting agendas based on a template. A new agenda will be created but no roles exist. I've tried using Meeting Agendas - Edit, copy existing agenda and also from the admin console, using a template. Both result in blank or non-existent agendas.

2. We elected a new Secretary. When I go into membership management, change the officer and save, I receive an error message that the email address is assigned to another user. First, the other user is not an active member and was moved to prior member list, second, their email addresses are not the same and both have accurate emails tied to their membership data. This is preventing our Secretary from sending out emails using the club email address and he is not receiving any of the officer messages. The new Secretary is Duward Straub. I can provide more information privately in case this message ends up in the public forum.

1) Please close your browser and clear your browser cache

2) please click the "Reload" link at the bottom of your site webpage.

3) now log in and try to update your agendas

4) Is does not matter if the member is active or not. you cannot have 2 of the same email address in your site lists of people., either rove the others email address, or remove the non active member, or the new Secretary will have to get their own email address.

Thank you for your reply. There is no cache. I've tried on my work PC and just purchased a brand new personal laptop. There is no cache on my personal laptop and it still doesn't work. Regarding #4, they are not the same email. Duward Straub had nothing to do with Simon Ofosu so why would Duward's record think that there is any reference to Simon's? Their addresses aren't even close.

You somehow have a Simon Ofusu in your guest list and another Simon Ofusu in your Former Members list (they have different email addresses). You can only the have same person (name) once in any of your lists. The duplicate shouldn't have been allowed initially, but it has somehow slipped through. The system must be picking this error up as you try to change the officer role for an unrelated person. Please delete one of the Simon's (or if they are in fact different people, add a "1" or some identifier to the end of one of their names). After that you should be able to assign the new officer roles.

For the agenda problem, please try again logged in as Admin only (not as a member at the same time). That is a known issue which under investigation.

Has someone changed our admin password? The VP Membership called me earlier, he can't get in. I also tried and can't either.
