I got the following error message when I tried to set my password.

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:1.It looks like your system is not accepting cookies. You need to accept cookies to use this website. Please refer to this FAQ.

Please advise.

Try this link. It's for Internet Explorer, and I tested it with IE9 (which is the only version I have).
