Trouble accessing club website through Internet Explorer

Hello. I am unable to access my club's website through Internet Explorer. It works fine in Chrome. At least one other club member is having a similar issue.

My club number is 00009141 and our website is the following: amd.toastmastersclubs.org/

Below are images of a non-working case in IE and a working case in Chrome. I am using IE11. My co-worker is using an older version.

Both of us first noticed the problem last week, when we came back to work after the holidays.

Any help in resolving the issue is greatly appreciated.

Since you may not be able to access the link mentioned in the doc that Brian is referring to, please do the following for IE11:

Internet Explorer

Use one of the following:
  • Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  • Hold the Ctrl key and click the "Refresh" button on the toolbar.

BTW, I use IE11 and I am able to access your website.

Thank you, Brian and Steve. I tried both of Steve's suggestions, but I still get the same result in IE (picture NotWorkin.jpg in original post).

There are several other reports from users not being able to access the club site through IE. What all of the reporters have in common is that we all work in the same work place. It is possible that our workplace pushed an update over the Holiday break which is causing this behavior.

Are there any options/add-ons to IE that can cause this behavior? Any other ideas?

FTH requires the use of Javascript and cookies.

Did you try the site on your home computer?

I just double checked and JavaScript and cookies are both enabled.

Let me try the site from my home computer tonight, and I'll report back. I am also curious to try my work laptop, but from home - not logged into my employers network. This should tell us if it's a browser issue or a firewall issue.
