I am pleased to see that this feature has been added, pursuant to our feedback!
Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to get it to work.
e.g. for a test, I have chosen President and Meeting TM to be notified.
However, when members TAKE or DROP, no emails are generated to the President and Meeting TM.
I have done this test with 2 club websites - no emails resulted.
Which leads me to wonder, how would the notification know who has been assigned as Meeting TM, without using a standardized Role name - for notification feature to identify that email recipient.
On the other hand, the President is standardized in the Member Management, so I thought that notice would be work.
Ideas, please? and thank you in advance.

1) Put your club number in your forum signature... see my signature for how to do that.
2) The feature does work if the notifications are enabled in the relevant member profile. For the TM role, it uses already existing functionality to determine the Toastmaster. That functionality determines who is the TM to enable agenda editing privileges for them.
Once you provide your club number, we can look at your website and agendas to determine what is going on.

Doug,
notice that you only have it going out for 1 meeting, so anything role chosen beyond the very next meeting will not be sent.
The role recognizes Toastmaster, Chair and other roles that can edit the agenda, not counting the VP-E and Admin.

1) thanks for the tip about my signature.
2) I checked a few of our profiles and it appears that they are all enabled by default. Thank you for your explanation about the TM - I should have thought of that as I do realize the TM has the edit capability.
Please check both of my club sites.
Roger
I have tested by looking only at the very next meeting - no luck so far.
I have also changed the "1" to a "3" and Saved it. However, when I close the Admin. console and reopen it, the "3" has reverted to a "1". ???

Ok, I have looked at our email logs and I do not see any notification emails going out for this week for club #1445011. However, this is a well tested feature that I myself have received notifications from on my home club website.
I have a question for you... When you did your test, how did you simulate someone taking or dropping a role? The notification feature only works when a member clicks the sign-up button on an agenda or clicks the "X" to remove them from a role. You cannot simulate this by adding or dropping someone in the edit window. The reason for this is that if someone is using the edit window for adding/dropping a role, they are typically the person who would get one of the notifications. (redundant)
