Approval person is not getting an e-mail.

I have requested to set up a website for my club. The person who is supposed to approve the request is not receiving an e-mail. Her e-mail is correct and when I put in the request it asks me if the e-mail is correct. I checked it and I communicate to the approver through this e-mail. Therefore, my question is about what I need to do to get the request for a website approved.

Sure, my club is Jackson State University PPAD, club # 1452091, District 43, Area E01.

have her check her spam box I can see the emails being delivered to her
