Email the members distribution list FTH2

Hi,

1. A recently added member to the Member Contact Information list didn't get the email sent to the club's member distribution list.
Is it possible? New member's first name: Liz.

2. Also, what do need to do (or it's automatic) when adding a new member so they get the "new member" welcome email?

3. How to ensure who it getting emails from the member distribution list, without sending test email to the list?

1) please always post your club number.

2) please at least give us the members first name.

FTH deleivered the email to her email server. She will have to ask her IT department what they did with the email after that.

2. The admin needs to click on the new member welcome tab, then choose the member.

3. Unless the member's email address is wrong or their email blocks mail from toastmastersclubs.org, everyone in the appropriate groups will receive them.
