What about the floater that went up and down, why doesn't it happen any more?

I think you are the second person that has run into the formatting code issue lately, so I may have to put some sort of verification check in for the stuff that uses the [ ] formatting codes. (Those are referred to as "BBCode".)

Technically, missing end tags are one of the most common types of errors that website developers run into, so you are in good company.

Ok, I made a code modification to make it more tolerant of unmatched formatting tags, so hopefully we will not be seeing any more problems related to that.

I am not sure what you are referring to on the "went up and down" part. Are you referring to some sort of animation? (The floater does use animation.)

Are you seeing the floater when you log out, exit your browser and then reload your browser and go back to your website?

The floater will only show once per browser "session". A browser session ends when you exit your browser that contains your website.

The floater, used to go down when you scrolled down, and went up when you scrolled up, it disappeared when you went out of home page. Since a few weeks ago it doesn't happen at all. Just a minute ago, I re-checked it and it doesn't show floater at all in both websites!

You have to exit your browser and give your computer a minute or two to kill the session cookies then reload your browser and website to see the floater.

The floater is not supposed to always be showing.
