Our club tricity #8662 is now a lunch time only club and we sometimes get inquiries about evening meetings we are considering having 1 of our 2 Monthly in evening...we posted information on our page about this but we're wondering if choice tab could be set up on inquiry page so he or she could choose afternoon or evening

If you are listed with Toastmasters International as an afternoon club, I believe that is what you are, unless you change it with TI...
If you want to have a special event, say for extra speaking slots; that is alright...

I am not positive with the rules there, so let's see what others say about that...

WHQ doesn't care when you meet, as long as it's at least 12 times a year -and they don't enforce that .

Last time I researched it, there were about 100 clubs that have two different meeting days/times.
Here's an example:
1st Sunday / 3rd Tuesday, 9.30 am / 7:00 pm

I think the reason there are so few clubs is that most people prefer regular schedules.
However, there's no reason for your club not to try it.

My recommendation is to create a custom greeting for your Contact Us form that instructs the person using the form to indicate which meeting time they prefer in the "*Your Message / Interested In" section of the form.
