Exclude From Future Emails caption

Hello

When we receive a reply on our Contact Form Submission, the message under their signature reads, "Exclude from Future Emails: No."
I was just wondering if this can be changed? Thanks.

Sorry No this cannot be changed, it is selected by the person completing the contact form.

If they say "Yes" this means you can not contact them in the future for any other purpose.

If they say "No" this means you can contact them as you wish.
