Agenda - allocating role to non member

Hi
Is there any way to allocate an agenda role to a non-member (eg we have visiting Area Governor tonight who will be master evaluator). I cannot see any way to do this other than temporarily making him a member. Please advise
thanks
Sally

Make the area governor a member, assign the role to them, then after the meeting, move them to one of the other groups, like guest.

Alternatively you can add a dummy member to your membership list. I use two: {Guest} and {Area Governor}. The brackets keep them at the bottom of the list (out of the way). That way you needn't move them from one list to another between meetings. You can put their names in the detail section for the role on the dated agenda. If you leave the email addresses blank they wont get your member emails

What I do, is I create a special assignment, such as Keynote Speaker; Area Governor; insert their picture and then after the meeting, I delete it from the website.

This way, I can add their picture and they are shown as an important person or important guest & not a member
