“Multiple Meeting Signup Sheet” view doesn't match individual Agendas

For gespeaks.toastmastersclubs.org, I just found a specific situation of something I suspect has been randomly occurring for awhile with various meeting roles.

Here is a current example:
On the club's April 3rd meeting agenda, a club member and officer
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
is signed up for the General Evaluator role. But, on the “Multiple Meeting Signup Sheet” view, that role on that date displays as open.

Please help resolve this discrepancy so it does not occur in the future.

Jim, please put your club number in your forum signature. Please see the link in my forum signature for how to do that.

This issue is happening because you are not using proper keywording of repeated roles so that the software knows the same person fills the repeated roles in the agenda.

Please review the Repeated and Grouped Roles section of the following doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

It looks like your club added another General Evaluator agenda item and it is also set as a member sign up role (2:12pm), but unless you do the keywording on General Evaluator (or set it as a not a member signup), the software will see the second one as distinct from the first one, even though the meeting sign-up sheet will collapse the two together and only consider the last entry it sees (which has no-one signed up).
