I just got an email from our treasurer. The address for the treasurer on our paypal account is still treasurer @freetoasthost. It is going to a previous treasurer. I need to change it to the current correct address; treasurer-2040@toastmastersclubs.org. How can I do that? Help!

That is a paypal question. You need to check the Paypal FAQ or documentation.
