I have a problem in Meeting Date on Club Calendar, One Meeting date is the second and forth Wednesday begin at 7:30 pm every month, I set Agenda template and add some agendas, that is fine, member can see it while log on. the problem is in the Club Calendar page, the meeting date on the Calendar is not in Wednesday but in Thursday, and time is 6:30 a, while you click it, will link to the correct agenda, I think the information is correct, maybe there are some time zone display issue, the time zone in the Calendar is not set to Australia/Melbourne, can anyone help me for that.

My Name is Haihong, Club number 3831, our website is : 3831.toastmastersclubs.org/

Thanks a lot

Was your website time zone changed after the agendas were created? The calendar assumes that the agenda is being created in the time zone that the website is set to.

Please will you try the following with one of your agendas:
Make sure the computer you are working on is set to Melbourne time. Change the date of the agenda to the next day (or any other day in the near future for ease of access). Save that and then change it back to the correct date. If you see a question asking if you want the default agenda time to change to 7.30pm click on yes. Hopefully that will correct calendar display. Also try creating a new agenda from one of your templates (using a computer set to Melbourne time) and see if the time is correct on that.
