My user profile keeps changing & officers are reset

Tonight the weirdest things have happened. I signed in as myself, Aimee Mui to the Bethesda.toastmastersclubs.org (club 2529) and then signed in as site administrator. I was updating membership and then my name appeared on the left column as Rob Gibson with his email and phone in MY user profile. My picture and membership start date were still there. The officer list was no longer showing all the current officers. I went in and Rob Gibson was listed as a guest. I saw he was also listed under members (I assume as me since he was showing as an officer, but not my officer role as Treasurer) and moved him to members. I then created a new member for myself and new password. I set up the new profile and was logged in as the site administrator still.

I logged out of site administrator and then back in again as site administrator and my profile name and email had changed to Linda Wang! I changed the site administrator to myself and changed the password to the site administrator. I am very perplexed. All the officer information I updated did not stay.

I am going crazy!!! Please help!1

The name just got changed again to Maggie Moore!
