Hi,

Not sure if you can help. I have been happily using our site for almost 2 years and for some reason today I logged in and it registered me as someone else an Emily Billing (from memory) as being logged in, I was also logged in as the administrator (which I have done many times before) . I logged out but then when I tried to log back in, it doesn't register me and my name doesn't appear and when I put in full details, I cant login. Does it mean I have been locked out?

I look forward to your help or suggestion.

Try clicking the refresh at the bottom of the page... I checked and your name is still there at Hotmail.com, correct?

John,

I think I have your info corrected as much as I can correct it. There was a bug in a recent update that caused some data issues--a login message was posted to all admins about it. The bug was fixed and a restore of the db was done but there were apparently still some lingering data issues. My sincere apologies for that. We do try to test our code updates, but sometimes we do miss things, unfortunately.

With that in mind, here is what you need to know:

1. "Emily" was your profile... It had just gotten names and email addresses mixed up during a recent MM save. (that has been fixed) Everyone has an internal tracking number that corresponds to your profile, so even if your name or email address changes, it is still your profile.

2. I corrected the name on your profile. I had to set your primary email address to your Hotmail address, since I do not have your original primary email (it was overwritten with Emily's). I would suggest fixing that when you get logged in.

3. It looks like your officer assignments also got mangled in MM. I was able to figure out your club president from your agenda, and yours is ok, but you will probably want to fix the others, and review MM for any recent changes since 8pm GMT 3/30/2015. Look for any members added or list changes (member to former member, guest to member, etc.)

4. Review your upcoming agendas to look for any assignments that are out of whack. (I think they should be ok.)

Fortunately, when I found your name in the agenda I looked at, it came up with a guy's photo. (I was relieved. ;) )

Again, I am very sorry for the problems. I (and we) will look at how we can do better in the future to maintain your trust.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for that, I have changed my name on the profile and then I tried to change the officer roles in members management and it doesn't save it when I hit the save button, it just goes to back to its original state?? Any suggestions.

Click the reload button at the bottom of your screen, restart your browser, then do not do anything else until I tell you to. (really)

More unmangling to do...

Also, please PM me your correct primary email address so I can get that correct.
