Can I put a 4 page newsletter on our home page which is 4377.toastmastersclubs.org for members and visitors to read?

You can put it there as a PDF and as long as you uploaded it, people should be able to open it... I suggest that you JPG the first page and have that shown on the home page though. Have people click on that to get to the bigger document. If they can see something, it is better.

I would recommend that you save it as a PDF, upload the PDF via the File Manager, then create a link to the PDF in your home page.

If you want to get fancy, you can create a thumbnail image of the PDF via third party tools, save the thumbnail in the home page, and put the link on the thumbnail to open the actual PDF.
