My user profile keeps changing & officers are reset #3

Same problem here, with club #846. Not only have the officers all disappeared (and one has been randomly reassigned), but my personal information is gone (I'm the President of the club!) and I can't sign in as myself at all. I can sign in still as Admin. Ability to assign agenda tasks is completely screwed up -- tasks have been reassigned by the system, and I can't fix them, because the people to whom they should be assigned (like me) are no longer in the system.

Everything had been working just fine. Why was there an attempt to fix something that wasn't broken, and in the process, we now have a huge problem? Our meeting is this evening, and our agenda is a total mess now.

Also just noticed that the tallies for the tasks which used to appear next to the names in drop down menus have all been reset to '0'.

I just added myself back in since I had completely been erased, but of course my previous profile and bio info are also gone and will have to be redone. I have no idea whether these things will be restored when you fix the problem and then I'll be there twice, but I had to add myself back in to fix the agenda for tonight.

When you all do upgrades, don't you keep a back up just in case? I assume that the members are all in a back end data base?

We *do* keep backups and we *did* restore from the backup. However backups are not fool proof. A lot of activity can happen in the 4 hours between backups.

Ok, your profile is back. It never went anywhere, it was mis-labeled with someone else's name.

The one you created has been deleted. Please do not restore that one or you will have more issues.

Now what else is amiss?
