Hi, we are from club #4196 district 60. I have the same problem since yesterday. I added a new member information as VPM for the club. Then I was logged out by the system as a different person.
Ever since then, my name does not appear at the drop down list when I try to log in.
Can anyone login with the number provided initially during the website launch?
I am not able to look at the agenda for next Tuesday's meeting.
Thanking your help in advance.
Regards

Hello I am from club 4196,
we received a message today from Steve James as copied below:
2015-04-01 03:43:50 GMT, FTH Developer] Unfortunately, we had a data glitch due to a code bug in the recent Membership Management code update. We do try to carefully test code updates, but sometimes things get missed unfortunately. In any case, I believe the code bug has been fixed and we have restored the affected Membership Management information from a database backup.
*** If you have made any changes in Membership Management since Monday 3/30/2015 at 8pm GMT, then please do the following in order to make sure that everything is ok on your end:
(1) Load Membership Management and review the information on the contact information tabs.
(2) Click the Save button in MM and review your information. This checks for any issues that are not readily apparent.
(3) Review member role assignments in any agendas updated since 3/30/2015 at 8pm GMT.
I sincerely apologize for any issues that this has caused on your end.
Regards,
-Steve James, ACB, ALB

Unfortunately, I still have the same problem of not be able to see my name at the pull down menu as of now.
Thanking you help in advance.
Regards
Sai Eng, ACS, OCL

I think I got you straightened out. Please restart your browser tab, and click the reload link at the bottom to be sure you are running the latest javascript.
Also, please put your club number in your forum signature--see the link my forum sig for how to do that.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for the help. Besides of what you have done here is what our club president did as well:
Hi Everybody
Sai I had to add you right back in as a member because your name had disappeared, or had been replaced with Jawaad's when something when wrong, because I had 2 Jawaads, one of them marked as a current member. Christina is there but I don't recall seeing Enis.
Thank you for the help again.

I know what your club president did. It was incorrect in this situation, since adding you back in would cause you to lose your role history. I had to correct the mislabeled profile.
I did my fix *after* what your club president did. You should be correctly matched up to your correct profile and have your role history correctly matched.
