Member Login Error

Two days ago I tried logging in as a member and and I received an error; however I was able to login as administrator.But I found the following issues in member management: I had been replaced by a former member and all of our officer titles were missing

I was able to assign the former member (Vivian Giang) back to former member status and reassign myself and our officers, but I'm still not able to login as a member. I also noticed that the banner on the top of our home pages shows the HTML code.

There are others in our club who are having the same problem. Also I noticed in going through the forum there are other clubs that are also having the same problem.

It's close. I lived in Buena ParK, but I joined Toastmasters in 1995. I have been a member of table talkers ever since then. I have never been an area governor of any division.

I did the reload link routine. Still can't login. What is the authorization procedure? I tried to get a new password, but that didn't work either.
