Your TI status has no effect on your FTH status.
Try typing in your email address in the top box. Select your name when it shows in the popup and leave the password box blank to trigger an email that will allow you to set up a new password. If you don't see your name (with your TI qualifications) in the popup box, try closing your browser and starting it again.
