Authentication link email - there is no link...

When I attempt to have a member login who has not accessed the site or forgotten his/her password the email does not contain the link...but it looks like this:

That's a copy of the email sent to the site admin.

The member him/herself should be getting an email with the link included.

Yep. Thank you very much for the reply. It is working correctly.

There is no link in the admin copy as I do not really want admins setting passwords for members. That is not how the system is intended to work.
