Successful Club Series Programs

I recently downloaded some programs off the Toastmasters International website, from the Successful Club Series. I am going to present them for my Advanced Leader Bronze. Problem is; I cannot print one of them off. It is in Microsoft Power Point 97, and it is supposed to be viewed as a slideshow. I can print it off as a PDF, but I want to print off the other version with the Toastmasters Logo on the pages. As I said, it is in Microsoft Power Point 97. I can open it, and view it as a slideshow, but am unable to print it. I have Windows 8 with Internet Explorer 10.
