Role History

Where can I find a history of how often someone has done a role? I seem to recall being able to do this a long time ago, but have not had reason to lately. I noticed that when I deleted an old agenda, the roles for that meeting came off the history as well. I have been deleting old meetings after about a month.
I could see the number of times someone did a role when I edited an agenda and went to insert a name from the drop down.

The agendas are the history. If you delete agendas, the corresponding role history goes away.

This is why it clearly states in the delete pop-up:

Are you sure you want to delete this meeting agenda? This can not be undone. If you delete it, the roles will not be added to the historical reports.

Is there somewhere these old agendas can be moved to so the record would be available, but there would not be a long list of old agendas showing?

We are not moving data around just to make a list shorter. It is why the list of agendas is filtered for the last 45 days, by default.

I will probably do some more stuff with finding things in the agenda list in the future, but the focus will be on the *list*, *not* on the data.

We just made the decision to make a trial run of assigning roles (other than speaker) for our club and I was trying to find some way of making logical decisions as to who should do what.
I will have to figure something out.

Dave,

You can run the role reports without viewing each and every agenda.

The role reports can be run by individual for a time period or for the entire club for a time period or since the first agenda.
