Membership Management

A registered member of our club and website - CIC Toastmasters #7358 - is unable to log on to the website and she is not receiving the emails when she tries to reset her password.

My first thought is that she may have another email address listed. However, she has checked the alternate address and she still had not received the password reset email.

What could be the issue? Please provide some assistance.

The emails are being sent and delivered to her email server. She needs to contact her IT group and ask them what they are doing with the emails. have her give them these logs.
