I tried to setup the Club Archival email option by providing an email and a password. Should the Password field be filled in the format given on this page?

The emails are not being sent to the archival email account for which I used a club gmail account. Thanks for your help.

I did setup the password field as requested but still emails do NOT reach the archival email account.

Brian -- It works. The emails sent from the Agenda page do not seem to go to that archival address.

it saves mail sent TO your club not mail sent from.
