Member not recieving Authentication Email

Some of our club members are not getting their authentication email for logging onto our club website. Most recently, our member Lance tried and did not receive an email. I did receive an email that he requested a new member password. I had him add the server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to his contact list and he still not receive it. Does the server show the website sent him an email?

Yes, the email log does show that emails were sent to Lance and others.

Have you had the company IT department white list the addresses as well?

the email is being accepted by his email service, it looks like a company email he will have to check with the IT group what they are doing with the email
