New Memeber recieves welcome but cannot register for first time.

but then cannot register and set up password etc.. as if it doesn't recognize her ?

please advise

What is the exact error message that she is receiving?

Yes Jim, still unable. It recognizes me, I press login, it says 'thanks, please check your email'.
All works well on the site I just never receive the confirmation email.

I am emailing the online support forum at tm and would like to confirm the following

1. You still are unable to log in
2. You received welcome email yes
3. After welcome email you clink link and attempt to register with password and it does not recognize you

Have her check her spam folder the email is being delivered to her. I just triggered one and I can see it delivered.
