I am having a similar problem with New Member Glen Black with club spirit ed 5375.

He is not receiving any new member or test emails I have sent .

I have confirmed email address by emailing him directly from my personal address.
he indicates it is not in spam or junk mail

advise?

Glen is using a server farm that hosts hackers that have attacked our server.

I have opened the IP for his mail server.
