The only real difference as far as the which link is used is whether Brian does a manual verification and approval or not. If the system is able to locate your club in the TM data containing with a valid email address, then we do not need Brian for the manual verification and approval. This is so that only TM clubs/districts get websites.

I received the email saying I have a website, but it is a District Website - not a club website for The Outliers Toastmaster Club 04407551. Next step?
