TI has provided our new club number weeks ago; however, the FTH site gives the "Oops, can't find that club number" message each time it is entered. Help! i really want to get our club's website up and running. UPDATE: I went ahead and requested under the "please click here" link for "Requests for Unchartered Clubs/District Website" even though our new club has chartered and this is a club website. I was trying to under our club number under the "Your Club Number" tab and was receiving the above message.

TI has nothing to do with the club website.

If you want you need to request one by going to the site below and requesting one...

Thanks, Linda, for your quick reply. Yes, I have been trying to request the website at that address. I receive this reply:

Whoops!

No club was found using that club number. Please cancel out of this window and try again. You do need a valid club number to proceed.

My understanding is that I do have a valid club number, but the FTH website doesn't find a club with that number. Any ideas?

When you request a site, make sure you check the link in this statement:

If you are requesting a Toastmasters District website, or if your club has not yet chartered and does not appear in the Toastmasters "find a club" results, please click here.

Dorothy,

If you already completed the unchartered club request, then our support lead Brian will have to do a manual club verification and approval of the request. Please give him a chance to complete that.

Thanks, Roger, I clicked on that link and will wait for the new website authorization email to come through.

Previously, I had not used this link because it did not match the criteria. Our club has chartered and I was applying for a club website, rather than a district website. Oh well, I'll wait with fingers crossed! Thank you.
