HELP NEEDED with Multiple Meeting Sign Up Sheet

Please help! When I'm in an agenda and I try to print the multiple meeting agenda, there are rows missing (such as speaker #4, for example) and also notations of "N/A" in some rows. In addition, there are rows in the wrong places, such as speaker rows in the middle of the evaluator roles. Is there some glitch across the system or just as it pertains to our website?!

Again, this is only in the print multiple meeting agenda sign up sheet. The agendas themselves look fine.

I've attached a PDF of what the sign up sheets look like.

PLEASE HELP!

Speaker #4 is not setup as a Member Sign Up Role for May 5. As the adminl, VP-Ed or Toastmaster, click on the pencil icon to edit the agenda.

The N/A means that the role was available as a Member Sign Up Role in some agenda, but not for the ones in this 5 meeting report.

It is likely the 6/2 agenda that is throwing this off, since it has different roles than the rest. The signup sheet depends on consistency for the agendas represented in it in order to look right. When one of those agendas is different, the signup sheet ends up with N/As in it.

One trick you can use if you do not want to include the 6/2 agenda in the sign-up sheet print out is to temporarily back date the 6/2 agenda (e.g., make it 6/2/14 instead of 6/2/15) then print the meeting sign up sheet without that agenda in the future. After you print it, you can restore the correct date, and you will have a meeting signup sheet without that agenda represented on it.
