I don't see any emails going to "Anna".

Try opening a reply to each of a duplicate pair. I'm using Outlook 2007, yours might be different, but look for the "Account" button. In mine it is directly below the "Send" button. Open that and see if both are using the same account.

It seems that only some of the emails are being duplicated - is there any pattern - perhaps they are only duplicated when sent by certain people?

Hello Pam:
Try opening a reply to each of a duplicate pair. I'm using Outlook 2007, yours might be different, but look for the "Account" button. In mine it is directly below the "Send" button. Open that and see if both are using the same account.

I believe when you mean "same account", it is my account? Or sent from same e-mail address? If so, both yes (I have Outlook 2010, so the "Account" button isn't anywhere to be found).
It seems that only some of the emails are being duplicated - is there any pattern - perhaps they are only duplicated when sent by certain people?

I only get duplicate e-mails when I receive an e-mail from "agenda-5370 AT toastmastersclubs DOT org".

To rephrase: Essentially, whenever an e-mail is sent to the club “members” e-mail (agenda-5370) which then automatically sends that same e-mail to everyone on the members list, is when I always receive duplicates of an e-mail. (I hope that makes sense?)

When I get e-mails from people from Toastmasters (i.e., from their e-mail, not from agenda-5370), I don't get duplicates.

LindaMann: I am afraid that is not the issue - even when I did check only one box - I am still getting duplicate emails.
