Calendar showing incorrect meeting day

Our website shows our club meetings on every other Wednesday in Bangkok, but when viewed by a machine in Basel, it is showing every other Tuesday.

This is a problem, because we have people visit us from Europe who set aside a particular evening to visit a Toastmasters Club.

Any idea what causes this and, more importantly, how to fix it?

I attach screen shots from Bangkok and Basel.

Cheers,

Peter.

Ok, are you a mind reader or something? ;)

I just discovered the flaw with the calendar **yesterday** that it does not adhere to the timezone setting in the admin console, it adheres to the timezone of the computer it is being viewed on. If the two match, then all is well... If not, well, you see the result.

It is not something you can fix. It is something that I will have to deal with, but it will take some time to get it resolved, because there are some fundamental software design flaws (another developer's bug) that have to be resolved to fix this.

Thanks Steve.

Yes, I have a mind reader in in Switzerland. Great to hear that you are on top of it and thanks for the clear explanation. I'll add the day on my calendar events from now on as a band aid and wait for the fix in the code.

Cheers,

Peter.
