data transfer error when adding a guest

When adding a few guests to club 643557's FTH site, three were added and saved with no problem, The last one gave an error code and asked to report this to your site.

The error code simply said Data Transfer Error

Note: I did leave the space and came back in. When I opened the guest area to re-input data, there was data from a previously entered guest in the top line with red shading (as he was already entered and saved?). I could not get rid of that name and move on.

Somehow there was a duplicate entry for one of your guests (Stephen). I'm not sure how that happened but that probably caused the problem. I have removed the duplicate entry.
