Dual Membership and access to one club website.

I have a dual Toastmaster club member who can access one club website and not the second club. He has repeatedly requested a new password and he never receives the password reset email. I am the webmaster for the site and is copied on his many attempts - what can I do to get him access?

We are good but we need details to solve problems.

1) What club number is he having issues with?

2) what is his name?

i just sent the authorization to him.

Have him check his spam box. i can see the email is delivered to his company mail server.

He said that he still did not receive the email from you. I also sent an email from the club website and verified the email address. But I receive notifications that he is requesting a password reset.
