Unable to print speaker's intro from agenda. Print icon missing

I have tried everything suggested to get the icons to show up on the agenda so I can print the speaker's intro. Nothing seems to work. I am at a loss. I also can not see the print on the icons above the agenda. If I hold the mouse over it the words appear below the mouse arrow. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

Which browser and version are you using, please?

Also, please put your club number in your forum signature to expedite future support requests. Click the link in my forum sig and follow its instructions to easily do that.
