I attached a word document with screen scrape. I am at work and probably won't get back to this today. Thanks for helping me try to figure this out. :)

Cannot attach word docs to forum posts... (due to potential for macro viruses)

Attached screen shots must be pdf or an image file (jpg, gif, png, etc.)

You need to make sure the font downloading is enabled in Internet Explorer... The icons are a downloaded font.

This setting can be found in IE > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Downloads > Font download > Enable/Disable. (or similar)
