Toastmaster of the Day can't edit the agenda for the day anymore?

I used to be able to edit the agenda for the day when I sign up as TMOD for that day. Yet, suddenly, something changed recently, where I can't edit the agenda anymore as Toastmaster of the day. How can I have the privilege as TMOD to edit the agenda like I used to?

Sean is the TMOD and i was able to log in as him and edit the agenda.

I am talking about June 19, 2015, where I am TMOD but I am unable to edit the agenda.
