That is because we did not cancel the first request as I specifically indicated we would need to do.

Thus, if you wanted us to cancel the pending change request,


The system will keep finding the first request until we cancel it. The authorization code in any new emails will be different and will not be found until we cancel the pending requests.

Apologies, I think I read that the system would cancel out the old one if I submitted after you updated the code.

Is this the part where I ask that any previous requests be cancelled? Or should I try waiting on the TI website on its own for a big longer?

I think the old requests have been cleared now.

It is up to you whether you want to wait on the TI stuff or do another request. I just added the president approval code today, so there is always the possibility of it not working exactly as intended since it is new. (RogerM and JaneAtkinson are doing some testing on it.)

The simple way to see if the TI stuff is updated or not is just to find your club entry in the Find a Club listing and hover your mouse over the blue email button. You should see the corresponding contact email address at the bottom left for your inspection.
