Can't access existing site

Hello,

I am the current President for my club, about to not be an officer anymore and need to pass access to our FTH site to our future officers.

Problem is however, I believe our old site admin may be a member who no longer works at this company (corporate club) and does not have access to the email she may have used for her account, so there's no way for the change request to be approved by her.

How can I get access as admin so that I can pass it to the next group of officers to access?

I went to the change request site, however, I am unable to just request it since the previous admin no longer works at my company and the email she used was a work email. I have attempted to change the email on the TI website for our club to my own as it instructs you to do, but that was 2 days ago and I am still seeing that our club info is associated to the old admin's email, not my own. It says there will be a delay with the update, but is 2 days within reason for that delay, or am I missing another step??

I'm sorry, but I have done all the steps.

When I try to go through the change form, I put in the club number, then the next slot to enter in my name to complete the change request, the popup still shows the previous admin's email address instead of my own.

The email goes to 2 contacts, the previous admin and the email contact on the find-a-club at toastmasters.org. Ignore the admin and look for the email at the contact email
