Completely lost our home page

We were trying to import some jpeg images onto our ToastHost home page and we completely lost it. Now we have a generic TI homepage. How can we get back what we had?

I guess you did not take a backup before making your changes. Please read the documentation on this site.

If your site has been scanned by google you might be able to get it from there see this doc
