Not sure why the pop-up is not showing. I have a very specific test I run for the icon font that is supposed to trigger the pop-up if *fonts are not downloaded*.

Can you ask your IT if they do in fact block font downloads? Just because you cannot see those settings does not mean it is not enabled.

If font downloads are actually enabled, then there is something else going on.

Hello again, Steve. My IT contact here at work just confirmed that both Font Downloads and JavaScript are blocked on my agency's computers. The next suggested step is to see if adding Toastmasters websites as trusted sites can help to resolve the problem. I'll keep you posted.

Ok, that sounds as anticipated.

Beyond the font downloading issue, you will likely have a number of other issues using the system if things are blocked as you are saying.

Hi there. I finally have an update for you. The IT team here at work changed my Internet settings to add my club's website as a safe site. They may have also done additional Internet security tweaks they did not tell me about. I am happy to report that, whatever they did, I can now see all the icons on the website, not just on the agenda buttons, but also on the login buttons. Hurray!
